GENERAL RULES
NORMATIVA HEMISFÈRIC
- Se deberá cumplir la normativa general de la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
- Por motivos de seguridad, no se podrá acceder a la sala de proyección una vez comenzada la sesión, perdiéndose los derechos de la entrada.
- No se recomienda la entrada a mujeres embarazadas, menores de 4 años y personas con problemas de vértigo, auditivos, de corazón o marcapasos.
- Queda prohibido filmar o grabar el espectáculo.
- Se venderán entradas hasta cinco minutos antes del comienzo de la sesión
- Las butacas no son numeradas y se recomienda asistir con 15 minutos de antelación al inicio de la sesión.
- El aforo de la sala es limitado. Es necesario informar, previamente, del número de personas con movilidad reducida para realizar la reserva de los espacios debidamente habilitados.
- Por razones técnicas, la sala permanecerá a una temperatura entre 19 y 21 grados centígrados.
- Si durante la proyección se necesita salir de la sala, se utilizarán las puertas situadas en la parte superior de la misma. Dirigirse al personal de la sala ante cualquier dificultad.
- Si durante la proyección alguna persona siente molestias, recomendamos cerrar los ojos. La sensación de mareo desaparecerá inmediatamente.
- No está permitida la entrada de menores de 12 años que no vayan acompañados de personas responsables de su seguridad.
- En la antesala, si fuera necesario, se cogerán las gafas 3D y/o los auriculares y se accederá al interior. Manejar las gafas 3D y los auriculares con cuidado, usándolos correctamente y evitando cualquier daño sobre los mismos. Funcionan exclusivamente en esta sala. Se devolverán a la salida de la misma. En caso de que se devuelvan con algún desperfecto se deberá abonar 10 euros por gafa / auricular roto.

- Se deberán cumplir las instrucciones específicas de las actividades que se realizan en el recinto.
NORMATIVA OCEANOGRÀFIC
CONDICIONES PARTICULARES DE ACCESO AL EDIFICIO E INSTRUCCIONES DE USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS
- Se deberá conservar la entrada durante toda la visita.
- Se deberán seguir las instrucciones del personal en las instalaciones.
- Se deberá entrar y salir por las puertas habilitadas para ello, evitando la utilización de las puertas de emergencia, salvo que concurran las circunstancias para su uso.
- Queda prohibido comer y beber dentro de las instalaciones, salvo en las zonas habilitadas para ello.
- Queda prohibida la entrada de animales, excepto perros de asistencia que acompañen a personas con diversidad funcional.
- Queda prohibido bañarse en los estanques.
- Queda prohibido fotografiar o filmar con fines profesionales sin autorización expresa de la empresa.
- No se devolverá el importe de las entradas una vez adquiridas, salvo cancelación o no aceptación de la variación del espectáculo o actividad.
- La empresa no se hace responsable de la pérdida de objetos en las instalaciones.
- La empresa se reserva el derecho a variar la programación de actividades, proyecciones y/o exhibiciones.
- La empresa no se hace responsable de la pérdida de objetos en las instalaciones.
- La empresa realizará fotografías a los visitantes que lo deseen. Estas fotografías únicamente tienen la finalidad de servir de recuerdo y se destruyen al finalizar el horario de apertura de cada jornada.
- Se deberán cumplir las normas específicas expuestas en cada uno de los recintos.
- No está permitida la entrada en traje de baño, con el torso descubierto o sin calzado.
NORMATIVA DE VISITA GRUPOS Y OTROS TIPOS DE GRUPOS ESCOLARES EN EL MUSEU DE LES CIÈNCIES
- Se deberá cumplir la normativa general de la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències.
- No se permite acceder con mochilas a la zona expositiva. Excepcionalmente, se podrán depositar las mochilas en el guardarropa escolar.
- Existe una zona picnic gratuita, de lunes a viernes, habilitada con máquinas vending en el Umbracle. Es necesario reservar previamente este espacio. La duración de la utilización de este espacio es de 45 minutos por grupo, desde la hora reservada. Transcurrido este período, se deberá abandonar la misma.
- Talleres del Museu, mediante reserva previa. Consultar las normas específicas de cada uno de ellos.
- L'Espai dels Xiquets: espacio interactivo para niños de entre 3 a 8 años.
- Consultar la normativa general y la normativa específica del Museu de les Ciències antes de realizar su visita
- Consultar las normas de las ofertas complementarias.
- Reserva de L'Espai dels Xiquets: espacio interactivo para niños de 3 a 8 años.
- Reserva de los talleres de La Ciencia a Escena: actividad recomendada para mayores de 8 años.(para ver oferta para niños de 4 a 8 años ver en la pagina de tarifas)
- Verificar que el punto de recogida de su reserva es el Museu de les Ciències y acudir con tiempo de antelación.
- En el Museu de les Ciències contamos con servicio de consigna gratuito en la primera planta siempre y cuando el equipaje sea de medidas pequeñas

- Visita guiada Museu: Reserva previa. Número máximo por grupo es de 25 personas por guía. Duración de la visita 1h 30 min.

NORMATIVA GENERAL
- Queda prohibido el acceso de turismos de altura igual o superior a 2,20 metros y de autobuses de altura igual o superior a 4,50 metros.
- Queda prohibido el acceso de autocaravanas.
- El usuario deberá tomar el tique de acceso o ser titular de tarjeta de abonado para acceder al aparcamiento.
- El usuario deberá retirar los accesorios no fijos y extraíbles, como radiocasetes o teléfonos móviles.
- El usuario deberá estacionar ocupando una sola plaza, respetando la señalización de la misma o, en su caso, donde le indique el personal del aparcamiento.
- El usuario deberá respetar las señales instaladas en los accesos y en el interior del aparcamiento, así como las instrucciones o indicaciones que realice el personal del aparcamiento.
- El usuario deberá circular a velocidad moderada, respetando a los vehículos que realicen maniobras de aparcamiento.
- El usuario deberá comunicar al personal del aparcamiento cualquier incidencia en el vehículo y seguir sus instrucciones (casos de avería, emergencia, ...) .
- Queda prohibido los adelantamientos. Únicamente se podrá utilizar la marcha atrás para realizar las maniobras de aparcamiento.
- Queda prohibido realizar trabajos de reparación y limpieza en los vehículos.
- Queda prohibido dejar en el aparcamiento, dentro o fuera del vehículo, materias u objetos peligrosos, así como animales.
- La empresa no se responsabilizará de la restitución de los elementos no fijos y extraíbles ni de los efectos, objetos o enseres introducidos por el usuario en su vehículo. La empresa no dispone de servicio especial para la custodia de elementos accesorios.
- La empresa tendrá derecho de retención sobre el vehículo en garantía del pago del precio del aparcamiento.
- La empresa podrá utilizar el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 71 del texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial cuando un vehículo permanezca estacionado de forma continuada en el mismo lugar del aparcamiento por un periodo de tiempo superior a seis meses, de forma que se presuma racionalmente su abandono.

12. If necessary, 3D glasses and/or headphones are collected in the anteroom, before heading inside the room. Handle 3D glasses and headphones with care, using them correctly and avoiding any damage to them. They only function in this room. They are to be returned upon exiting the room. In the event that they are returned with any damage it is necessary to pay 10 Euros per broken glasses part / headphone.
SCIENCE MUSEUM RULES
1. It is necessary to comply with the general rules of the City of Arts and Sciences.

RULES OF OCEANOGRÀFIC

Smoking is allowed in open spaces with the exception of the Dolphinarium and areas with large crowds. - Pets are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs for special-needs visitors.
- Swimming in the ponds is not allowed.
- Professional filming and photography without authorization are not allowed.
- Tickets are not refundable except in case of cancellation of the show or activity.
- The company is not responsable of lost ítems in the premises.
- The company can change the schedule of activities, projections, and exhibits.
- The company will take pictures of those customers requesting the service. These photos are only meant to be a souvenir and are destroyed at the end of day.
- You must follow the instructions of each of the buildings.
SPECIFIC RULES
- Exhibitions / exhibitions must be visited well in advance to facilitate access to them.

11. Leaving dangerous material or objects and animals, whether inside or outside the vehicle, is forbidden.
12. The organization will not be held responsible for replacing any extractable objects or any personal effects or objects that users have left in their cars. The company has no special service for keeping accessories.
13. The organization will have the right to retain the vehicle in order to guarantee payment of the car park fee.
14. The organization may use the procedure established in Article 71 of the Law on Traffic and Road Safety when a vehicle remains continuously parked in the same place for over six months. In such a way, it can be rationally assumed that the car has been abandoned.
15. The overnight stay of the vehicle is not allowed.
